A 14-storey (including 2-storey basement) mixed office and retail high-rise building located in Middle Huaihai Road Commercial Zone, one of the busiest commercial streets in Shanghai, with numerous modern buildings and fashionable branded merchandise. This area has an excellent transportation network. The building is right above an exit of Shaanxi South Road Subway Station, a station of Line 1 Shanghai Metro. Novel Building was completed in 1996.

We acquired 5,559.05 square meters in 1997, including the top two whole floors, the multi-functional room on the roof, and a portion on the 10th Floor. Our tenants include local and international corporations.
